After finishing a culinary arts programme in college, Sheena, a keen student, completed a Professional Masters Certificate in Cake Decorating, Royal Icing and Sugar Flower Techniques.
Sheena has worked with some well established Cake makers and worked as a pastry chef for years perfecting her recipes and techniques. She is constantly travelling to the UK, doing courses and keeping up to date with the latest trends from brushed royal icing, intricate lace designs, fabulous vintage buttercream designs to the newest trends including wafer paper flowers. We also do naked and semi naked cakes, edible gold & silver leaf, marbled fondant and super sharp edged marshmallow fondant cakes.

With a passion for flavours and good quality ingredients, all her cakes are baked to order and made with the finest of ingredients. From Belgian chocolate, Irish butter, local buttermilk, free range local eggs, homemade whiskey caramel, homemade sea salted caramel, homemade lemon or passionfruit curd, to homemade butter biscuits.
All other ingredients are sourced locally, so you can be sure that she is making you the best tasting cake possible.
